The gentleman then at the front desk fulfilled our request and brought the microwave immediately to our room. Then we decided that we could use a microwave (they are available upon request). A lady checked us in which was quick and seamless and she changed our room for us as we requested a 2nd floor and we were placed on the 1st floor. Both front desk agents were extremely friendly and helpful, unfortunately I didn't get either name. It is located about 10 miles from the East Entrance to the Park. My sister and I stayed here for 1 night over our visit to Zion NP. During the trip, we visited 3 national parks and other areas, and stayed at 6 different hotels. The hotel was clearly understaffed, which was a common theme throughout the trip around Utah (at hotels and restaurants). It would have been nice if we were spaced out every other room. Therefore, it was annoying that we had immediate neighbors. Rather, it seems like they probably don't have staff to clean all the rooms, so only some were rented. I was told the hotel was full, but from the number of cars, it seems like they were not actually at capacity. However, shower has a long slit instead of a typical drain & it drained very slowly, windows don't open, fridge kept hotel-supplied ice solid for 2 days on bottom shelf but didn't keep our cooler's freezer pack frozen on top shelf (had frost on back wall, so assumed it would be coldest area fridge doesn't really have a freezer area), walls are thin (heard neighbor blowing noise & their water flowing in pipes), being close to a junction led to hearing traffic on Hwy 9 especially as it slowed down and speed up from junction, cold-water setting on clothes washer with a full load cycle was only 27 minutes (my clothes didn't get completely clean they weren't that dirty to begin with). Large room looked very nice, comfortable beds, internet ok, great toiletries, friendly & helpful staff, walk-in shower w/2 shower heads (overhead & handheld), lots of windows, onsite laundry ($1.50 to wash, $1.50 to dry). ![]() ![]() This saves travelers time and effort in commuting, allowing them to maximize their time spent in the breathtaking surroundings of these natural wonders. The central location of the hotel is another key advantage, providing easy access to Bryce National Park, Zion National Park, and Page. The reasonable pricing allows guests to allocate their budget towards other aspects of their trip, such as exploring the national parks and experiencing local attractions. The affordability of the hotel is also a notable highlight, making it an attractive option for budget-conscious travelers. The cleanliness of the rooms adds to the overall satisfaction of the stay, creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment. Guests can expect spacious and well-maintained rooms that provide a comfortable retreat after a day of outdoor activities. One of the standout features of the hotel is the size and cleanliness of the rooms, especially when compared to similar-priced accommodations in the area. Its prime location in the heart of these iconic destinations makes it a convenient choice for those looking to immerse themselves in the breathtaking landscapes. ![]() The hotel provides an affordable option for travelers who wish to explore the stunning natural beauty of Bryce National Park, Zion National Park, and Page. There aren't really many other options though in the area. We did eat at the diner but didn't enjoy it. There is a diner type restaurant on site (and a petrol station which is handy). It was quiet overnight and we didn't hear any noise from the rooms either side of us. ![]() There were bathrobes which was a nice touch and the shower room was clean, modern and had a good powerful shower. We had a microwave and coffee machine in the room which was good. The room itself was spacious with a big king sized bed, comfy chair and dining table. There is enough parking available though so it's not really a problem. We were supposed to have our own parking space but someone else was parked in it for the duration of our stay which meant we had to park elsewhere. We had a king room which was in a single storey building separate from the rest of the hotel and our room had a small patio with chairs out the back. When we arrived at the hotel we weren't expecting much if we're honest as it looked a bit cheap motel like, however we were pleasantly surprised when we got to our room. We chose this hotel based on it's location as we were visting Zion NP followed by Bryce Canyon.
